About the Role
As an Outbound Calling Agent, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, fostering relationships, and supporting the company’s growth through effective data collection and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Collect and record relevant client data accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education:
- Intermediate/A-Level
Experience:
- 6-12 months of relevant experience preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and marketing knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
