The Bank of Punjab is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Vice President – Relationship Manager (SME, Conventional) in Karachi. This role focuses on deepening existing client relationships while sourcing and expanding the SME portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing credit proposals, ensuring regulatory compliance, achieving sales targets, offering financial advice, and managing pre- and post-sanction processes within defined SLAs. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s (preferably a master’s) degree, with at least 4 years of banking experience (3 years in SME lending), and is no older than 55 years as of June 30, 2025.
