(Pre‑Engineering) or A-Levels in PCM, at least 55%, are eligible to apply as Nautical (Deck) or Marine Engineering Cadets. Two years of residential training culminates in an associate degree from NED University. Admission includes a written test (Aug 10, 2025), physical and medical assessments, with application deadline on July 25, 2025. Scholarships are available for provincial quotas.
