How to Apply: Walk-in Interview Procedure
Interested candidates who are residents of Kalat District must appear for a walk-in interview according to the schedule above.
- Venue: Office of the District Health Officer, Kalat, Balochistan.
- Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Required Documents: Candidates must bring the following original documents along with a set of attested photocopies:
- Original CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
- Local Domicile Certificate (Kalat District)
- All Educational and Technical Qualification Certificates/Diplomas
- 3 recent passport-sized photographs
- For Technical posts, a valid registration certificate from the relevant medical faculty is mandatory.
- For the Lady Attendant post, a marriage certificate (Nikah Nama) is required.
- Age Limit: The age limit for all candidates is between 18 and 43 years.
