Company Secretary | ● Qualification: Recognized professional qualification in finance/accountancy (ACA, ACCA, ACMA).<br>● Experience: ACA with 3 years or ACCA/ACMA with 5 years of professional experience in handling company secretarial functions independently (including Board meetings, writing minutes).<br>● Skills: Sound knowledge of Companies Act 2017, SECP rules, and corporate governance. Fair understanding of legal and commercial matters. Strong communication, drafting, and compliance management skills. | Not more than 45 years. |
