Sharif Medical and Dental College began to teach Medicine and Dentistry on February 2, 2008. There are currently four batches studying here, both of MBBS and BDS. An unstoppable chain of events begins when one dreams of a particular goal, provided they work hard enough. And in the case of this medical institute, Mr. Mian Mohammad Sharif was the pioneer. Although it could not be created during his lifetime, its basis was laid down a few years ago. Currently, there are separate buildings for all the departments but a beautiful new campus is under construction and will hopefully be complete in the year 2011. New hostels are also under construction. The new batch will begin its classes in the newly built campus. Efforts are also being made to accomplish international affiliation. Simply said, the college is growing fast, with great oppurtunities for medical students and doctors. Competetive faculty members, an established hospital and a very impressive campus are just some of the few things the college has to offer – the rest is left for you to discover. So join us soon.
