Job Title: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide visitors professionally
• Answer and transfer incoming calls
• Manage appointments, messages, and correspondence
• Maintain visitor records and front-desk documentation
• Handle emails, couriers, and routine administrative tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments when required
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable

• Minimum Graduation
• 3–5 years of relevant front-desk or receptionist experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Urdu and English
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance and courteous attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Salary: PKR 50,000–75,000 per month, depending on experience
