| Qualification | Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, or related field from a recognized institution. | 
| Experience | Minimum of 5 years in air cargo terminal operations, preferably at an international airport. Supervisory/leadership experience is preferred. Hands-on experience in handling perishable cargo and cold chain logistics. | 
| Skills & Training Required | Completion of relevant training in Cargo Operations, Safety Management, Dangerous Goods Regulations, MS Office proficiency, and Cargo Management Systems. A strong understanding of IATA (AHM) rules and contract management. | 
| Age Limit | Should not be more than 40 years. |
