Reko Diq Mining Company, a subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation, is hiring for its world-class mining project—the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan. Below are the available positions:

1. Senior Cost Controller

Department: Finance
Location: Reko Diq Site – Balochistan
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • ACCA/CA/CIMA certification is highly preferred

Experience:

  • 7+ years in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis (preferably in Oil & Gas or mining sectors).

Requirements:

  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cost controls, ensure budget alignment, and provide strategic financial insights.

2. Senior Cost Analyst

Department: Finance
Location: Reko Diq Site – Balochistan
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • ACCA/CA/CIMA certification is highly preferred

Experience:

  • 5+ years in cost analysis or financial analysis, ideally in construction or mining.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in advanced tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • ERP systems expertise (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and ensure compliance.

3. Mine Construction Surveyor

Department: MRM
Location: Reko Diq Site – Balochistan
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field

Experience:

  • Proven construction surveying experience, preferably in mining

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, GIS, and Leica tools
  • Strong understanding of geodesic principles

Responsibilities:

  • Perform land surveys, ensure alignment accuracy, and provide training to junior staff.

4. Senior Scheduler

Department: Planning
Location: Karachi Office
Qualification:

  • University degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience:

  • 10+ years in project scheduling, preferably in mining and engineering

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, provide forecasts, and conduct risk analysis.

5. Site Planner – Electrical

Department: Planning
Location: Karachi Office
Qualification:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience:

  • 10+ years in scheduling, preferably in Oil & Gas or mining

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule projects, track progress, and ensure compliance with scheduling practices.

6. IT Officer

Department: IT
Location: Karachi Office
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science

Experience:

  • 2+ years in IT support or related roles

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT troubleshooting, network management, and user training.
