🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client communication and support tickets
 - Track and document delivery challans and goods dispatch
 - Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Software, Hardware, Stores)
 - Prepare data for DOs and invoices
 - Monitor pending support issues and escalate when needed
 - Coordinate installation progress and warranty claims
 - Maintain accurate client support records
