π― Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients for timely issue resolution
- Track deliveries and manage DOs, challans, and invoices
- Follow up on collections and coordinate with Finance & Stores
- Maintain a daily support log and escalation list
- Filter support requests for warranty and service eligibility
- Liaise internally with Software, Hardware, Finance, and Admin teams
