🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients for timely issue resolution
  • Track deliveries and manage DOs, challans, and invoices
  • Follow up on collections and coordinate with Finance & Stores
  • Maintain a daily support log and escalation list
  • Filter support requests for warranty and service eligibility
  • Liaise internally with Software, Hardware, Finance, and Admin teams
