Manage Paid Media Marketing

• Creating and planning PPC campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta and other social media platforms

• In-depth knowledge & understanding of all the key features / tools of  Google, Microsoft & Meta Ads

• Measuring & tracking campaign performance, with special focus on conversions (online & offline)

• Effective search ads copy writing

• Ability to effectively identify, implement, optimize & scale marketing efforts with optimal ads targeting

• Expert level understanding of Google’s smart bidding strategies, & ability to determine each of the strategy’s best use-cases & limitations

• Follow paid search industry trends and stay up-to-date with new tools and practices

• Work experience as an PPC specialist or paid search analyst or similar digital marketing role

• Expertise in keyword research and campaign planning management, preferred to have a good understanding of Google Keyword Planner / SEMRush

• Strong communication, analytical & reporting skills - should be able to effectively present & discuss performance statistics with top management & clients

• Profiecincy in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Analytics is Preferred

• Regularly audit paid media accounts

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, content, creative, analytics, product, and development teams

• Stay up to date with changes in advertising platforms, privacy regulations, attribution methodologies, AI-driven advertising products, automation, and emerging paid media best practices.

• Develop and maintain clear documentation of campaign strategies, testing frameworks, optimization processes, tracking setups, and learnings.

• Minimum Bachelors in Business Administration (Required)

• Masters in Business  (Preferred)

• 1-2 yrs with reputable firm (Required)

• 1 year experience / technical know-how of digital media platforms (Preferred)

• Strong Reporting & Analytically Skills

• Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads MS Excel, Google Sheets,  Google Analytics
