Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead, implement, and manage impactful marketing campaigns for Q Mechanics PK and its clients. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a creative mindset to solve challenges. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse digital marketing channels and tools to achieve measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Marketing

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
  • Analyze SEO performance metrics and recommend improvements.

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Create and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms and publish engaging, platform-specific content.
  • Track trends and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns.

3. Email Marketing

  • Design and run targeted email marketing campaigns to convert leads and retain customers.
  • Segment email lists and craft personalized messaging for specific audiences.
  • Monitor campaign analytics and refine strategies based on data insights.

4. Affiliate Marketing

  • Build and oversee affiliate marketing programs.
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Measure and optimize the performance of affiliate marketing efforts.

5. PPC Advertising

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and adjust to optimize ROI.
  • Report on campaign performance and recommend actionable changes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a related discipline.
  • Expertise in modern digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant marketing platforms.

Compensation

  • Pay Range: Rs. 100,000 – Rs. 150,000 per month
  • Additional performance-based incentives available.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Digital Marketing Manager: 4 years (Preferred)
    • Google Analytics & Google Ads: 3 years (Preferred)

Language

  • Proficiency in English (Preferred)
