Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) is a state-owned enterprise responsible for exploration, mining, and marketing of various minerals. Operating under the Ministry of Energy, Petroleum Division, Government of Pakistan, PMDC invites applications for the position of General Manager (HR).

The selected candidate will conduct market research in the mining industry, focus on prospective products such as coal, salt, and minerals, coordinate administrative and sales operations, develop and maintain strong relationships, and track progress to meet targets. The candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
