Qualification:
- Possess a degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Be a member of any bar association in Gilgit-Baltistan or a member of the Faculty of Advocates.
- Have actively practiced the profession of Law for not less than two years after gaining enrollment as an Advocate (Proof of enrollment and practice required).
Experience:
- For the purpose of experience, the practice of the profession of Law shall include any period of Government service:
- as a District Attorney
- Government Service as Public Prosecutor
- Public Prosecutor
- Additional District Public Prosecutor
- Deputy District Prosecutor
- Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of Government
- Assistant Registrar having Law Degree
