Roots Millennium Schools is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives and contribute to its organizational growth. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in employee engagement, retention, and driving overall organizational success.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on professional, capable of driving impactful HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals.
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.
- Contribute to organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Use HR data and analytics for informed decision-making.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies and content.
