Jobs Information

1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualification & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial and tax strategies ensuring sustainability and compliance.
  • Lead the finance team to foster growth and productivity.
  • Create and manage budgets in collaboration with other departments.
  • Oversee accounting, tax, and financial operations.
  • Maintain financial records and prepare timely statements and reports.
  • Implement internal controls for audit readiness.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient operational funding.
  • Identify cost-saving investment opportunities.
  • Manage payroll, banking transactions, and asset accounting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and stakeholders.
  • Serve as company secretary for board meetings and record keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with tax filing regulations.
  • Report financial risks to the CEO and Board while advising on financial decisions.

2. Company Secretary
Qualification & Experience:

  • Must be a member of:
    • A recognized body of professional accountants, or
    • A recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries, or
    • Hold a master’s degree in business administration or commerce (HEC-recognized university).
  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferable.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize, prepare agendas, and take minutes for Board and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
  • Coordinate and attend Board and Committee meetings, draft minutes.
  • Serve as a liaison for Directors, Officers, and Shareholders.
  • Maintain statutory books and key corporate documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor legislative developments and inform the company as necessary.
  • Liaise with external regulators, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Develop systems to ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
