A Public Sector University under the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST), Government of Pakistan. Applications are invited for the following Tenured Positions (for a period of 3 years) on open merit:

1. Position: Registrar

Eligibility Criteria:

• Maximum Age: 65 years
• Qualifications (any one of the following):
  1. PhD Degree
     • From an HEC-recognized institute.
     • Experience: 15 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in a higher education institute or a national/international organization.
     • At least 10 years must be in academic administrative positions.
  2. First Division (2.5 CGPA) MBA/MS/M.Phil. Degree
     • Minimum 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institute.
     • Experience: 18 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in higher education institutes or national/international organizations.
     • At least 10 years must be in academic administrative positions.

2. Position: Controller of Examinations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Maximum Age: 65 years
• Qualifications (any one of the following):
  1. PhD Degree
     • From an HEC-recognized institute.
     • Experience: 15 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in a higher education institute or a national/international organization.
     • At least 10 years must be in academic administrative or examination-related positions.
  2. First Division (2.5 CGPA) MBA/MS/M.Phil. Degree
     • Minimum 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institute.
     • Experience: 18 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in higher education institutes or national/international organizations.
     • At least 10 years must be in academic administrative or examination-related positions.

2. Submit Application Form:
   • Submit a duly filled application form along with the following documents:
     • Three sets of attested copies of academic degrees/certificates (from Matric onward).
     • Equivalency certificates (for foreign degrees).
     • Copy of CNIC.
     • All experience certificates.
     • Research publications (if any).
     • Two recent passport-sized photographs.
   • Attach Pay Order/Demand Draft: Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad.
3. Application Submission Deadline:
   • Submit within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.
4. Additional Notes:
   • Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate applications and Pay Orders for each position.
   • Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government Organizations must apply through proper channels.
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
   • No TA/DA will be admissible.
   • Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be entertained.
