Eligibility Criteria:
- Local or foreign-qualified Pakistani nationals with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in specified disciplines.
- Degree must be recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Must have a minimum 3.0 CGPA.
- Only recent graduates from 2023 or 2024 are eligible, with or without post-qualification experience.
Selection Process:
- Written test for shortlisted candidates.
- Weightage:
- 30% Education Marks
- 40% Written Test
- 30% Interview
- Weightage:
- Medical examination before the final offer.
Stipend and Training:
- A monthly stipend of PKR 80,000 will be provided.
- The program includes one-year contractual training.
