Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and delivery for product features and platform initiatives
• Translate product requirements into actionable project plans, timelines, and resource allocations (BRD, SRS, FSD, user stories)
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to remove blockers and keep delivery on track
• Run agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and maintain sprint/release cadence
• Track project risks, dependencies, and scope changes; proactively escalate and resolve issues
• Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across technical and non-technical teams
• Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, on-time delivery) and drive process improvements
• Support release planning and go-to-market coordination for new features
• Ensure quality standards and timelines are met without compromising product integrity

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a service/product-based software company
• Proven experience managing web/mobile application projects — ideally in content, media, streaming, or distribution platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar)
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and Product Owners
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Requirements and Skills
