Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Sciences (HITMS) invites applications from Pakistani and AJK nationals for multiple contractual positions under the Project Management Unit for an initial period of one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Applications must be submitted within 15 working days from the date of advertisement publication.

This project, funded by the Federal Government through the Higher Education Commission (HEC), aims to establish the Federal Institute of Sciences, Technology, and the Arts in Hyderabad.

Candidates are required to apply with attested academic documents, pay a processing fee of Rs. 2000, and submit applications via the prescribed form available on the HITMS website or from the Office of the Registrar, HITMS Hyderabad.

– Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in large project implementation, including design.
– Experience with multinational companies, government, or autonomous organizations.
– Expertise in project design, management, documentation, procurement, and supervision.
– Familiarity with PC-1 preparation, PEC, PPRA, and other government regulations.
– Experience with public sector universities is preferable.
2Assistant Engineer (Civil) (PPS-07)1– At least 2nd class B.E (Civil) from an HEC recognized University.
– Additional qualifications will be given weightage.
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervision of Civil/Electrical works in public/private organizations.
– Good understanding of drawings, material quality checks, and supervision.
3Assistant Director Accounts (PPS-07)1– At least 16 years of education (2nd Class B.Com/BBA/MBA Finance) from an HEC recognized University.
– Additional qualifications will be given weightage.
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in project financial management.
– Sound knowledge of modern accounting principles, government financial rules, audits, and procedures.
– Familiarity with PPRA and Planning Commission rules for projects and PC-1 preparation.
4Data Entry Operator1– At least 2nd class Bachelor Degree from an HEC recognized University/institution.
– Additional qualifications will be given weightage.
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in project documentation.
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
– Letter drafting skills.

  • Attach attested academic certificates, pay order/demand draft of Rs. 2000, CV, domicile, PRC, NIC copy, and three recent photographs.
  • Applications must reach the Registrar’s Office within 15 working days from the advertisement date.
  • Candidates serving in government/semi-government/autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel with NOC.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  • No TA/DA will be provided.
  • Age limits: Project Coordinator up to 45 years; others up to 35 years.
