We are currently seeking to fill a vital role within our organization: Manager Sales & Assistant Manager Sales (Import Customs Clearance & Freight Forwarding) at RIL Logistics in Karachi.

The Sales

Manager /Assistant will be responsible for achieving sales targets, while supporting regional sales operations, acquiring new clients, and maintaining existing customer relationships. The role demands in-depth knowledge of the import process, strong communication skills, a deep understanding of logistics services (mainly on import customs clearance), and the ability to present tailored solutions to customers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Have good knowledge and Experience of Sales in import customs clearance.

Possess good knowledge of import customs clearance procedures and understanding of the overall import process.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing.

Ensure constant development of new business by conducting daily market visits, preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their logistics needs and offering suitable solutions.

Ensure company policies are followed to optimize Profits, and minimize costs.

Having good interpersonal as well as communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office.

Candidate must possess their own vehicle/conveyance for client visits and job-related travel.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience: 5 - 6 Years’ experience in Sales (preferably in Import Customs Clearance )

Location: Beaumont Plaza Civil Lines Headquarters, Karachi.
