The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of all customer interaction technologies, including ACD, IVR, CTI, CRM, and digital communication tools.

Key responsibilities include designing call routing strategies, enabling omni-channel solutions (Voice, Email, SMS, Chatbots), implementing automation for service delivery, and aligning CRM platforms with business objectives. The role demands innovation, strategic planning, and strong leadership in optimizing contact center efficiency and customer experience.
