General Qualification Criteria:
- For most subjects: First Class M.Phil/MS or equivalent degree (after 18 years of education) OR a Master’s degree from a foreign university in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution. No 3rd Division throughout the academic career.
- For Engineering, IT, and Computing: First Class M.Phil/MS or equivalent degree (after 18 years of education).
- For Chinese Language (PARS): HSK-4 Qualification to teach Diploma in Modern Agriculture Technology (MAT).
- Note: Candidates with a 2nd division in M.Phil/MS/Master’s but holding a higher degree (Ph.D.) may also be considered. No Ph.D. students or current Government Employees will be considered.
