Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, requires a highly qualified, experienced, dynamic, and passionate professional with strong operational, financial, and commercial acumen for appointment as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on contractual basis for a period of three years (non-extendable).

Key Responsibilities

• Envision, lead, and guide the entire organization toward achieving corporate goals and strategic municipal service objectives.
• Devise corporate strategy, formulate long-term growth plans, and optimize allocation of financial and operational resources.
• Lead continuous service improvements, operational efficiency, and sustainable water and sanitation infrastructure across Peshawar.
• Foster a culture of transparency, zero tolerance for corruption, employee excellence, and citizen satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: At least BS Engineering from a PEC-accredited university; OR Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants; OR 16-year Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification relevant experience, including at least 3 years as CEO, GM, or Director (equivalent to BPS-19 or above), or member of governing body in public or private field operations or engineering services.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of the closing date.
• Compensation: Market-based competitive salary package, official transport, medical, and life insurance as per WSSP policy.
