📋 Job Description:

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), a “AAA”-rated specialized financial institution with over 500 branches across Pakistan, is seeking Branch Managers (OG-I / AVP) to drive agricultural credit expansion and ensure compliance across branches nationwide including AJK and GB. Energetic, challenge-driven individuals with leadership and banking experience are encouraged to apply.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Agri. credit expansion
• Recovery of regular & non-performing loans
• Deposit mobilization
• Branch operations and services
• EKYC & regulatory compliance supervision

📌 Eligibility Criteria:

• Age limit: Max 45 years on closing date
• Must have strong communication, analytical, adaptability & interpersonal skills
• Must have served in at least 3 different branches or cities
• No 3rd division allowed in career
• Retired bank officers / dual national holders are not eligible
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply
