- Applications for Senior Nos. 1 through 18 must be filed online at www.ibspun abcov.pk, the Punjab Job Portal. (8) Applications for St. 19 to 23 should be sent via post courier to the address provided below during office hours on or before the deadline, along with a CV, Domicile Certificate, Experience Certificate, 3 recent passport-size photos, and copies of educational credentials (duly attested/verified). The candidate must clearly indicate the title of the position on the outside of the envelope.
- Applications received after the specified date won’t be taken into consideration.
- The deadline to submit an application is August 22, 2022, during business hours.
- The committee appointed by the appropriate authorities will assess each candidate’s eligibility and appropriateness using a set of criteria before conducting an interview. Only those shortlisted will be contacted for interviews M Prior to the interview, candidates for the position of support staff—including drivers, office assistants, account assistants, and personal assistants—will take a test to determine who will move on to the next round. For the position of a security guard, former service members will be given precedence.
- Contract appointments lack regularisation rights, are transitory in nature, are not transferable, are particular to a work post, and are not pensionable.
- The contract appointment is originally for five (05) years, however, it may be extended or shortened up to the project length with the authority’s agreement. Each position’s offered salary is a lump payment.
- Government employee NOC is necessary.
- The competent forum will decide whether the in-service candidates who were chosen through an open competition are qualified to receive a project incentive allowance.
- The government employee who left their position or retired voluntarily before joining PMU would be treated as a market-based applicant and awarded pay in line with that. Candidates from Senior No. 1 to 10, with the exception of No. 8, will be given preference if they have experience working on similar projects for the government.
- Development organizations, prior experience working on international projects, an MDB-funded project, and improved qualifications Only post-degree experience will be taken into consideration. A government notification released later in December 2021 will be the only exception to the rule that no positions would be exempt from the higher age restriction.
- Similar to incomplete applications, incomplete applications will be rejected, and only short-listed individuals will be notified of/called in for tests/interviews.
