Description

We are urgently looking for qualified QS Team to fill up the below positions on short term basis only (1 Month).

A. 4 QS MEP

• Should have sufficient knowledge of pricing/forecasting the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Take off quantities on drawings and pricing
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Procure, negotiate and coordinate with contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the projects.
