• The employment is contingent on the competent police authorities verifying the applicant’s character and antecedents.
• The appointment order is subject to the issuing authority’s verification of papers and degrees.
• If his/her documents are proven to be falsified or forged, the appointment will be terminated and all salaries/financial advantages obtained by the appointee would be recovered by legal means. Legal action will also be taken against him/her.
• Appointments will be made on an ad hoc basis for one year or until the regular incumbent is posted, whichever comes first.
