Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

• demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment/supplies
• provide high quality personalized planned holistic nursing care to all assigned patients
• administer medication safely, applying knowledge of drug and dosages, refers drug manual and/or pharmacy information as required, monitors patient responses to medication and communicate reportable findings promptly
• counseling and educating patients on health behaviors
• demonstrate efficiency in use of electronic monitoring equipment
• demonstrate competence in patient assessment and care plan accordingly
• perform any other task assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

You should have

• You should have:
• a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN), Post-RN BScN degree or Diploma in Nursing
• completed one year of nursing traineeship or possess at least one year of relevant experience
• valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
• good interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
• willingness to work in shift duties. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.

Key Responsibilities

The clinical nurse will provide high-quality, personalized, and holistic nursing care to patients within the Home Health Programme. Responsibilities include safe medication administration, patient education, and the efficient use of electronic monitoring equipment.

Requirements and Skills

Candidates must hold a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN), Post-RN BScN, or a Diploma in Nursing. A valid Pakistan Nursing Council license and at least one year of relevant nursing experience or traineeship are required.
