Amazon Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple brands.
• Monitor account health, performance notifications, policy compliance, and account-related issues.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and images.
• Conduct product and keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor sales, inventory levels, pricing, Buy Box performance, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the PPC team to improve overall account performance and profitability.
• Analyze sales reports, business reports, and key performance metrics.
• Manage promotions, deals, coupons, and seasonal sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities to increase organic rankings, conversions, and revenue.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate progress to clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA, FBM, and marketplace operations.
• Experience with listing optimization, keyword research, inventory management, and account health.
• Ability to analyze business reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Amazon policies, compliance, and troubleshooting account issues.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple brands or international marketplaces is a plus.
