Army Public Educational Institutions (APEIs) Peshawar Cantt invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and experienced Pakistani nationals for contract-based employment at its Secretariat located at Babar Road, Peshawar Cantt. Selected professionals will support institutional communications, public outreach, and high-quality resource library management.

Available Positions and Requirements

• Public Relations Officer (PRO):
  • Qualification: Master degree or 16-year BS degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or Media Studies from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in public relations, corporate communications, press releases, media management, and event coverage within reputable educational or corporate organizations.
  • Key Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, digital media management, and presentation skills.
• Librarian:
  • Qualification: Master degree in Library and Information Sciences (MLIS) or 4-year BS in Library Science from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing digital and physical library resources, cataloging (KOHA/DDC), archival databases, and student advisory services.
  • Key Skills: Proficiency in modern library management systems and database searching.

Terms and Conditions

• Appointments will be made purely on a contractual basis with competitive salary packages commensurate with qualification and experience.
• Only shortlisted applicants who strictly meet the eligibility criteria will be called for test and interview.
• No TA / DA will be admissible for appearing in test or interview.
