We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team and contribute to our real estate sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct cold calling and proactively reach out to potential clients and investors.
* Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their property investment requirements.
* Arrange and manage property site visits for prospective customers.
* Perform on-site duties at our real estate project located on Satyana Road, Faisalabad.
* Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and convert prospects into sales.
* Support sales and marketing activities to achieve assigned targets.
* Maintain professional communication with clients and provide accurate project information.
* Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth sales operations and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
* Must be a resident of Faisalabad.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in cold calling, client meetings, and sales presentations.
* Willingness to work on-site at our Satyana Road project.
* A proactive attitude with a target-oriented and professional approach.
* Previous experience in real estate sales, customer dealing, or business development will be preferred.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are an advantage.
