PureLogics is looking for a Paid Campaign Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, preferably within B2B, software services, or tech.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta & Reddit Ads
- Develop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage GA4, pixels, tags, and conversion tracking
- Monitor performance and optimize for leads, conversions & CPL
- Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and outcomes
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience
- Experience with LinkedIn, Google, Meta & Reddit Ads
- B2B and lead-generation campaign experience
- Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, tracking, and reporting
- Strong testing and experimentation mindset
- Understanding of AI & automation in paid advertising
- Ability to connect campaign performance with business outcomes
- Experience in SaaS, software development, or tech services is a plus
- Familiarity with HubSpot, landing page optimization, retargeting, and audience segmentation is a plus
