Sindh Bank Limited is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced banking professionals for the position of Branch Manager at various locations across Pakistan. The incumbent will be responsible for managing overall branch operations, achieving business targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role requires effective leadership, business development, deposit mobilization, prudent risk management, and strict compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans to achieve branch growth targets in deposits, lending, and trade finance.
• Drive deposit mobilization by promoting Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Term Deposits.
• Lead customer acquisition efforts including New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) segments to expand the customer base.
• Promote Sindh Banks products and services to increase revenue and branch profitability.
• Develop Consumer, SME, and Corporate Finance businesses through thorough credit evaluation and recommendation aligned with bank policies and risk parameters.
• Identify trade finance opportunities and build strong relationships with high-value depositors and prospective clients.
• Monitor and manage credit portfolios to ensure timely recovery and minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
• Ensure full compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations, AML, CFT, CPF requirements, KYC protocols, and all internal bank policies.
• Maintain robust internal controls to achieve satisfactory audit ratings and compliance with Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Ensure fair treatment of customers, resolve written complaints in a timely manner, and improve overall service quality and turnaround times.
• Control branch profitability by monitoring expenses, managing budget utilization, and submitting accurate reports to Head Office and SBP.
• Lead, train, and motivate branch staff, ensuring attendance, discipline, punctuality, and facilitating succession planning and job rotation.
• Monitor branch performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) using data and analytics.
• Coordinate activities between the branch, Head Office, and external auditors; escalate significant operational or compliance issues promptly.
• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day branch operations while executing additional assignments as directed by management.

Experience :

Minimum 5 years banking / F.I. experience. Responsible to achieve Deposit Targets/NTBs/ETBs of the branch with a focus on Current Account and promote Banks products.Lending and trade business across the area. Must have knowledge of SBP prudential regulations.

Qualification :

Minimum Graduate, preferably M.B.A. / M.Com, from HEC recognized university.

Upto 50 years
