The Bank of Punjab (BOP) invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and experienced banking professionals for the position of Relationship Manager in the Commercial Banking Division (Consumer Banking Group) based in Lahore.

Position Summary:

• Job Title: Relationship Manager Commercial Banking
• Division / Group: Commercial Banking Division, Consumer Banking Group
• Grade: Band-9 to Band-7
• Location: Lahore
• Eligibility: Minimum Bachelor degree with 4+ years of professional banking experience in commercial banking relationships. Age up to 55 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strengthen and deepen relationships with existing corporate and commercial clientele and aggressively develop new deposit and asset accounts.
• Market and sell relevant banking products to achieve assigned business targets in accordance with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide financial advice to clients and pitch customized credit and working capital solutions.
• Prepare and process comprehensive credit proposals and annual renewals compliant with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Prudential Regulations and Head Office credit policy.
• Conduct financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, and credit risk assessment.
• Execute pre-sanction and post-sanction formalities, legal charge documents, and obtain Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC) from RCAD.
• Monitor compliance with terms of credit lines, conduct stock inspections, oversee valuation reports, and ensure timely recovery of mark-up and principal installments.
