• Position: Relationship Manager Corporate Banking (Central I)
• Division / Group: Corporate Banking Central-I Division, Corporate Banking, Staff and Strategic Initiatives Group
• Grade: Band-9 to Band-7
• Total Vacancies: 03
• Location: Lahore
• Eligibility: Minimum MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from an HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of proven corporate or investment banking experience. Maximum age 30 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand high-value corporate client relationships across major industries in the Central region.
• Deliver on corporate banking business targets, trade finance volumes, and fee-based revenue KPIs.
• Structure, evaluate, and package syndicated loans, working capital facilities, project financing, and structured credit proposals in strict adherence to SBP Prudential Regulations.
• Perform quantitative credit risk modeling, sensitivity analysis, and debt-service capacity evaluations.
• Maintain proactive portfolio monitoring, identify early warning signals of deteriorating credit, and take timely risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with corporate branches to ensure seamless execution of credit facilities and transaction banking services.
• Cross-sell comprehensive bank products including treasury, cash management, trade finance, and payroll accounts.
