Job Details:

• Position: Senior Manager Risk Assessment and Governance
• Division / Group: Information Security Division, Risk Management Group
• Grade: Band-7 to Band-5
• Location: Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad
• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Eligibility: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized university or foreign institution with at least 9 years relevant banking/non-banking risk experience. Age up to 55 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective governance by developing and maintaining Information Security (IS) policies, frameworks, baselines, guidelines, and operating procedures.
• Provide advisory and consultancy on information security policies, regulatory frameworks, and governance standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for identification, classification, and valuation of critical information assets.
• Continuously identify and assess risks to information assets across divisions and business units.
• Maintain the comprehensive enterprise Risk Register and ensure periodic risk assessments.
• Plan and execute security awareness initiatives, training sessions, and learning management systems.
• Coordinate internal and external information security audits, regulatory compliance calendars, and pre-implementation reviews for new or modified banking products and digital services.
