Branch Manager Liability

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that assigned deposit targets are met on a monthly basis.
• Identify new clients for the mobilization of deposits.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with deposit clients.
• Focus on the generation of low-cost deposits (CASA Deposits).
• Monitor the performance of other deposit staff in the branch.
• Maintain a healthy mix of deposits (Current, Savings, and TDRs).
• Hire and retain deposit mobilization staff in the branch and ensure that they achieve their targets.
• Obtain feedback from the market and brief your line managers on what other competitor banks are offering.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualification: Minimum education required is a Bachelor\\\'s Degree.
