Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad for a Building Management Systems Specialist. The specialist will oversee, monitor, and optimize building management systems (BMS), including HVAC controls, energy management, and safety systems, to ensure efficient and reliable operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing routine checks, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting system upgrades and integrations. The role involves collaborating with facility management, engineering, and IT teams, documenting configurations, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for system monitoring, performance analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve BMS, HVAC, and related technical issues.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support and Information Technology skills to configure BMS software, manage networks and interfaces, and support users.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Relevant experience with Building Management Systems, HVAC controls, and energy management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics), Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations related to building operations and automation.
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, manage multiple priorities, and respond promptly to operational issues.
