Vacant Positions and Detailed Eligibility Criteria

• 1. Lecturer (Mathematics, Computer Science, and Urdu)
  Age Limit: 21 to 40 years
  Qualification: M.Sc, M.A, or M.Phil with at least 2nd Division in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates possessing B.Ed or M.Ed professional teaching degrees will be given preference.
  Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable educational institution. Prior teaching and residential management experience in a Cadet College or boarding school will be preferred.
• 2. Junior Clerk
  Age Limit: 21 to 40 years
  Qualification: Graduation with at least 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized university.
  Experience: Minimum 5 years of office administration, clerical, or records management experience in a reputable institution. Retired Armed Forces Clerks are highly encouraged and eligible to apply.
• 3. Dispenser
  Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
  Qualification: F.Sc with at least 2nd Division Dispenser diploma or certification from a recognized medical faculty or technical board.
  Experience: Minimum 5 years of dispensary, clinical care, or nursing experience in a reputable hospital. Retired Army Nursing Assistants are also eligible.
• 4. Drill and PT Instructors (Retired Armed Personnel)
  Age Limit: 35 to 45 years
  Qualification: Matric, F.A, or F.Sc; certified Drill and Physical Training (PT) Course qualified from Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul or Army School of Physical Training (ASPT).
  Experience: Minimum 5 years of physical training instruction experience at PMA Kakul or Armed Forces Regimental Training Centers.
• 5. Security Guards
  Age Limit: 35 to 45 years
  Qualification: Matric or F.A.
  Experience: Retired personnel from Pakistan Army, Frontier Corps (FC), or Pakistan Rangers (Fighting Arms personnel only).
• 6. Horse Riding Instructor and Groomer
  Age Limit: 35 to 45 years
  Qualification: Matric or F.A.
  Experience: Qualified from Mona Remount Depot; retired from Pakistan Army Remount Veterinary and Farms Corps (RV&FC).
• 7. Mess Staff: Cooks and Waiters
  Age Limit: 35 to 45 years
  Qualification: Primary or Middle.
  Experience: Practical culinary, mess management, or dining hall catering experience is essential. Contractual and temporary appointment basis.
• 8. Groundmen, Mali, and Sanitary Workers
  Age Limit: 35 to 45 years
  Qualification: Primary or Middle.
  Experience: Practical working experience in sports ground maintenance, horticulture gardening, or campus sanitation.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Employment is offered on a contractual basis with attractive fixed pay scales and basic campus facilities.
2. Existing college employees currently serving on contract or work-charge basis are eligible to compete and apply.
3. The maximum upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years by the Executive Committee and up to 10 years by the Board of Governors based on superior qualifications and extensive experience, subject to recommendations of the Selection Committee.
4. Candidates currently employed in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must apply through proper channel along with an official departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC).
5. Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be contacted for written tests, demonstrations, and interviews.
6. No Travelling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for test and interview appearances.
