Eligibility Criteria
Education: * Minimum: Graduation.

Preference: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Requirement: Degree must be from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Foreign qualifications require an HEC equivalency certificate.

Additional Advantage: Holding certifications such as CAMS, CFCS, CCEP, CGSS, or other compliance-related certifications.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure all banking activities comply with regulatory requirements.

Act as the Bank’s representative to regulators.

Ensure robust systems for AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), CDD (Customer Due Diligence), EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence), CFT (Combating the Financing of Terrorism), and all Credit, Business, and Operations policies.

Develop strategies, policies, and guidelines to manage Compliance Risk effectively.

Develop and implement Compliance Risk mitigation tools (e.g., Compliance Risk Framework) and periodically review these programs.

Serve as a Chairman or member of various bank committees.

Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director, CEO, or the Board of Directors.
