Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Karāchi.

The Sales

Specialist is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products from ChuckaBoo Store’s range of daily essentials. Day-to-day tasks include managing in-store inquiries, processing orders, maintaining product displays, and supporting promotional activities. The role also involves tracking sales performance, collaborating with team members, and providing feedback to improve customer experience and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive product outreach, meet targets, and support growth initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard new team members and share product knowledge.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online retail or point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Karāchi, manage time effectively, and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist engages with customers to recommend daily essential products and manages in-store inquiries and orders. They are also responsible for maintaining product displays and tracking sales performance to improve the customer experience.

Requirements and Skills
