Crowd Controller

The  Crowd Controller is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and organized movement of beneficiaries within the Benazir Nashonuma Programme Facilitation Centre. The incumbent will manage queues, regulate beneficiary flow, prevent overcrowding, provide guidance to beneficiaries, and support an efficient service delivery environment for pregnant women, lactating mothers, and children visiting the facilitation Centre.

1. Crowd Management

• Manage and control beneficiary crowds at the Facilitation Centre.

• Ensure orderly queues at registration, anthropometric screening, counseling/session areas, and compliance desk.

• Monitor beneficiary flow and prevent overcrowding at service desks.

• Organize waiting areas and maintain discipline among beneficiaries.

• Facilitate smooth entry and exit of beneficiaries from the centre.

• Ensure beneficiaries are served according to established procedures and service flow.

2. Beneficiary Facilitation

• Welcome beneficiaries and direct them to the relevant service points.

• Provide information regarding the sequence of services and waiting arrangements.

• Assist pregnant women, lactating mothers, persons with disabilities, and elderly beneficiaries in accessing services.

• Guide beneficiaries regarding documentation requirements and program processes.

3. Queue and Waiting Area Management

• Maintain clearly organized queues and waiting areas.

• Monitor waiting times and coordinate with FC staff to reduce congestion.

• Prevent unauthorized entry into restricted operational areas.

• Maintain a calm and respectful environment during service delivery.

Safeguarding & Code of Conduct

• Uphold and promote MERF's Code of Conduct, safeguarding and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and child safeguarding policies.

• Foster a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment and ensure all team members understand and comply with safeguarding obligations.
