Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to manage LinkedIn outreach activities, build professional connections, generate leads, and support business growth through effective LinkedIn networking and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with relevant prospects on LinkedIn.

Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages.

Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication.

Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn outreach.

Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and maintain daily activity.

Research potential clients, decision-makers, and target companies.

Maintain accurate records of leads, responses, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team to convert qualified leads.

Monitor outreach performance and improve strategies based on results.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, business development, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good written English.

Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.

Ability to research and identify potential prospects.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for maintaining lead records.
