Dewenity (The Devinity) is seeking a motivated, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join its team onsite at DHA Phase 5, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience and a Bachelor degree in a related discipline.

Role Overview:

This role focuses on the everyday management and growth of clients e-commerce websites and online stores, including product catalog listings, inventory updates, engaging social media content creation, paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, and prompt customer interactions. The Digital Marketing Executive works independently to ensure that marketing initiatives strictly align with industry best practices and strategic company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain clients e-commerce websites and online retail storefronts ensuring current, accurate product information.
• Add and modify product catalog details including pricing structures, visual assets, compelling copy descriptions, and stock inventory levels.
• Create, schedule, and execute engaging content posting across Instagram and Facebook to build consistent brand community engagement.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid performance advertising campaigns on Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Regularly track web traffic analytics, sales conversion figures, and advertisement metrics to detect emerging trends and optimization opportunities.
• Handle incoming customer orders and respond promptly to product queries to sustain exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
• Conduct deep competitor benchmarking and research on digital marketing developments to implement modern high-impact tactics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver unified, high-performing marketing workflows.
• Maintain organized campaign logs and performance documentation to support executive reporting and data-backed business decisions.

Required Competencies and Skills:

• Strong command of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and social media advertising strategies.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platform management and product listing optimization.
• Solid foundation in social media marketing, content marketing strategy, and audience engagement.
• Proficiency in digital marketing analysis, Google Analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and adherence to project deadlines.
