- Manage customer inquiries and online orders through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and the company website.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and provide accurate product and order information.
- Confirm orders and follow up on pending inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order details in internal systems.
- Coordinate with the relevant team regarding dispatch, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a smooth buying experience.
✅ Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce sales, online sales, or customer support.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and orders efficiently.
