Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager Internship role based in the Karachi East District, within the Karachi Crescent Zone. The intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients, assisting with presentations, and participating in client meetings to promote EFU Life’s insurance and financial products. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping to prepare sales reports, maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions, and coordinating follow-ups to support business development efforts.

The role also involves learning and applying sales techniques, supporting branch-level campaigns, and contributing to customer service activities under the guidance of senior managers. Interns will receive on-the-job training in life insurance solutions, sales operations, and professional communication, with opportunities to grow into more advanced roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and present information confidently to diverse clients.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes, customer service practices, and an interest in insurance or financial services.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital tools and reporting systems.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s program in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; additional local language skills are an advantage.
• Previous internship or part-time experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Requirements and Skills
