Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Full Stack Engineer. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, collaborating closely with product, design, and AI research teams to build scalable, reliable software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive front-end interfaces, developing and integrating back-end services and APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring robust security and reliability across the stack. The Full Stack Engineer will participate in code reviews, write clean and testable code, contribute to architectural decisions, and help integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into production systems. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, improving existing systems, and staying current with modern web technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong back-end web development skills, including experience building and maintaining server-side logic, APIs, and data integrations.
• Proficiency in front-end development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with the ability to create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Solid software development and full-stack development capabilities, covering design, implementation, testing, and deployment of web applications.
• Experience with modern web frameworks, version control systems (e.g., Git), and relational or NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and adapt to evolving technical requirements.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms, and microservices architectures is a strong plus.
• Commitment to writing secure, maintainable code and following best practices in software engineering.
