Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Gilgit Development Authority GDA invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and eligible candidates holding a domicile of Gilgit-Baltistan for recruitment in the Project Management Unit PMU under the PSDP project Sanitary and Sewerage System Gilgit City on a contractual basis.

Vacant Positions and Eligibility Details

• Deputy Project Director DPD (PPS-8) — 01 Post:
  Qualification: B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC as a Registered or Professional Engineer.
  Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-degree experience in the civil engineering and infrastructure field.
  Upper Age Limit: 45 years.
• Assistant Engineer Civil (PPS-7) — 01 Post:
  Qualification: B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC as a Registered or Professional Engineer.
  Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-degree experience in civil engineering works.
  Upper Age Limit: 45 years.
• Sub-Engineer Civil (PPS-6) — 01 Post:
  Qualification: Diploma in Civil Technology from a registered Technical Board.
  Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of post-diploma experience in the relevant field.
  Upper Age Limit: 40 years.
• AutoCAD Operator (PPS-5) — 01 Post:
  Qualification: DAE Civil or BS in Architecture from a recognized college or institute accredited by the technical board or university.
  Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical experience in the relevant field with complete proficiency and command over AutoCAD software.
  Upper Age Limit: 40 years.

Terms and Conditions

1. The initial appointment of selected candidates will be made for a period of 6 months, extendable based on satisfactory performance, availability of funds, and continuation of the project until completion.
2. Candidates holding a valid domicile of Gilgit-Baltistan are eligible to apply.
3. Selected candidates will be offered an attractive project pay package as per the provisions of the approved PC-I.
4. Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate applications for each post.
5. Government employees must submit a proper No Objection Certificate NOC along with their applications.
6. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be granted as per Government of Gilgit-Baltistan rules.
7. Female candidates, disabled persons, and quota reservations will be observed in accordance with official government policy.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests and interviews. No TA or DA will be admissible.
